Monia

Monia is an Italian-German singer from a musical family in Heidelberg. Her musical roots are in soul and jazz and she wrote her first song at the age of nine. After studying art, she refined her talent in singing lessons and intensive courses in jazz and popular singing.

As a songwriter and studio singer with her own studio, she has performed with bands such as "The Wright Thing" and "KJ Dallaway and Friends". She founded her own duo, which had international success, and has performed in various stage shows, including tributes to Michael Jackson and Stevie Wonder.

She is currently singing background for Marla Glen and performing at various events. Her debut album "Essence" was released on September 30, 2022 and offers a mix of gospel, soul and ethnic influences.

As a professional singer, she offers quiet songs with a warm timbre as well as powerful soul numbers.
