1.) Can you tell us how much a band costs?
The prices vary greatly. Many factors are decisive. The size of the band, the length of the performance, with or without sound & light system, are there different rooms (for the reception, for example) that require additional sound system, to name just a few points. The more information we receive about your event, the more precisely we can create the proposal.
2.) Can you give us information about copyright etc.?
This is primarily relevant for public events, not private events.
3.) We are organizing our event on Mallorca ourselves, do you have any tips on locations, caterers, photographers etc?
Yes - All customers who have booked their entertainment with us will receive our free list of cooperation partners.
4.) What happens if we arrive late and the performance is delayed?
The artists/musicians wait up to 30 minutes at no extra cost.
5.) Is it possible to extend the performance after the end of the performance?
Yes - Provided the artist is available afterwards and there are additional costs involved. You can ask about the costs before booking.
6.) Do the artists/musicians need food and drink?
Yes, in general they can serve themselves at the buffet or choose a hot meal a la carte.
All drinks are also free.
7.) What happens during the breaks in the performance? Is it then quiet?
Our artists have an MP3 player with music, according to their style, for the breaks.
8.) We would like to book just a DJ, singer or saxophonist, is that possible?
We want to offer you an extraordinary live experience, with a band, smaller ensembles or individual musicians. Nothing is more vibing than real, handmade live music! But of course we also have DJs in our roster. For the good party afterwards, they are a must. Take a look at the artists page.
9.) One of our guests would like to perform a song together with the artists, is that possible?
Yes - that is possible. But please contact us first so that we can clarify this.
10.) We would like to hear a very specific song (e.g. for dancing), can the artists perform the song?
Yes. Please send us an MP3 or YouTube link. We will then speak to the band/musicians.
Important: The desired song should fit the music style of the booked artist.
11.) Since we are celebrating in Mallorca, we would like to have flamenco music for dinner.
Is this possible?
Flamenco music, especially with a flamenco dancer, is ideal at the end of dinner or as an after-dinner show. For a Spanish flair during dinner, we recommend traditional or classical Spanish music.
12.) Do you have a microphone for speeches?
A short information from you is enough and one or more wireless microphone system will be included in the offer.
13.) Will the artists play at a lower volume during the dinner?
Yes, we configure the sound system for dinner accordingly and the artists are aware of this.
